- Prepare reporting to allow Sales & Sales Management to ensure that all leads are being worked & progressing through the sales pipeline.
- Prepare reporting to monitor completion of joint launch calls by Sales/CST to ensure new clients are receiving interaction with L2T employees.
- Create, assign & monitor cases for canceled clients & at-risk clients to assess reasons for cancellation or address client dissatisfaction in order to "save" a client.
- Compile monthly contact reporting to meet OEM reporting requirements & deadlines.
