BA/BS w/ 5+ years of experience

  • 3-5 years of experience in communications, digital advertising
  • 2+ years of management experience required proven track record in digital strategy execution
  • 4+ years managing a high volume of digital media campaigns
  • 3 years of experience with critical platforms (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Ads)
  • 2+ years of experience working with DSPs and programmatic ad buying / optimization
  • Lead vision and take ownership of all product processes, procedures, training, and testing
  • Proven track record of flawless execution as a team leader
  • Able to solve complex technical problems, find optimal solutions and anticipate technical implications
  • Lead team on how to translate technical aspects to customer facing business language
  • Own all partner relationships and familiarize junior staff to support with relationship management and ensure maximized value
  • Lead all product software investment initiatives with internal and external teams
  • Adept at feature, benefit analysis and writing business cases to support investment
  • Produce well thought out requirements for operational efficiency and new product development


    • Proven ability to solicit input from teams and act upon input with implementation or rationale into why suggestion was not pursued

  • Lead specialists in proactively managing programmatic campaigns inclusive but not limited to Display, Video, and CTV/OTT
  • Develop and implement uniform campaign strategies

  • Develop and gate requirements to automate launches, reporting and optimization where applicable
  • Ensure team execution and delivery to ensure top campaign performance across all programmatic products (present and future)
  • Generate new product and feature ideas
  • Ownership of 3rd party vendor relationships applicable to programmatic media
  • Support development of marketing communications for programmatic media products
  • Create annual team goals aligned with L2T business goals
  • Maintain strong relationships with platform partner contacts (Google, Amazon, Microsoft) to ensure access to product betas, support, and marketing materials
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and train sales and CST with goal of increased revenue and product penetration year over year
